We want you to feel extraordinary in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your item for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and still have all security tags and packaging attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original MERABI box, ensuring all branded tissue paper and protective elements are included to prevent damage.
Label and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, our team will inspect the garment's condition and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
